From Scottish folklore, this nocturnal creature is known as a Bogle (or Boggart). If you treat him badly, he will make life miserable for you; but treat him nicely and he reverts to being a Brownie, and will do little favors to earn his keep. Every home needs one!
The Bogle is made of velvet velour. He sits about 18" tall with a floppy, pellet-filed body and "jointed" limbs. His mane is ostrich feathers, which can match or contrast with the body color.
