Beneath the sea, the Pensive Mermaid daydreams. Does she dream of songs, or sailors, or what the future holds for the oceans of the world? Maybe she'll tell, and maybe not. Perhaps she'll join her sisters later, and they'll all share their dreams with each other.
The Pensive Mermaid is made of cotton and taffeta fabrics, with a painted and sculpted face. Her hair is a wig of fibers, her necklace is a string of glass beads. She sits on a ceramic Nautilus shell, and is about 12" tall (sitting) and about 16" long. One of a kind.
